I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of North Carolina Greensboro and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I am a member of National Certified Counselors (NCC) and I have a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

I began my professional counseling experience in August 2019 where I have provided individual and family therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses alongside a psychiatrist, nurses, social workers, and other counselors. I have an educational background in psychodynamic counseling, and integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my therapeutic approach with clients. I am also versed in many other therapeutic modalities to create an individualized experience for each client.

I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and enjoy spending time with daughter, puppy named Lilly and my cat named Mr. Tutti. I also enjoy hiking, nature walks, swimming, great food and amazing people.
