  • FSA/HSA Accounts

  • Insurance (subject to verification)

Fees

  • Initial intake sessions are $150.

  • Outpatient therapy sessions are $120 per session.

  • Please call our office for information regarding fees for assessments, group sessions, and other services.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $100 late cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are not available for services rendered or missed appointments.

4. Privacy

As a healthcare provider, we comply with HIPAA regulations to safeguard your Protected Health Information (PHI).

5. Telehealth Services

If you use our telehealth services, you agree to:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private space for your session.

  • Refrain from recording sessions without prior consent.

Our telehealth services are available to residents of states where our clinicians are licensed. You are responsible for verifying that you are in a qualifying location before your session.
