Helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-acceptance.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UNC Greensboro.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults using an eclectic approach that integrates person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I recognize that every client is different, so I tailor my approach to best meet each individual’s needs. My goal is to help clients develop healthy coping skills and practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

I have worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, self-harm, conflict in relationships, and LGBTQIA+ identity concerns. I am passionate about helping clients manage stress, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive in all areas of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, walking my dogs, reading, and watching way too much reality TV.
