Reketta Brown

Reketta is a dedicated leader with extensive mental health experience empowering women, fostering workplace wellness, and managing dynamic teams. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Reketta is passionate about creating compassionate, inclusive environments that promote growth and well-being. Certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and trained in trauma-informed care, Reketta brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to leadership, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and supported. Her commitment to cultivating healthier workplaces and lives drives her mission to help others thrive both personally and professionally.

Reketta obtained her masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Reketta was a practicing clinical therapist for over 15 years. She leveraged her skills to train organizations and create wellness tools for mental well-being.  She has traveled the world nationally and internationally spreading hope.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, connecting with friends, and giving back to her community. She also enjoys motherhood and loving her puppy Khloe.
