Helping individuals and families heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with strength and self-compassion.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from North Carolina Central University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been working in mental health since 2011, gaining experience in intensive in-home services, outpatient therapy, and school-based counseling.
As an outpatient therapist, I work with children, adults, and couples (ages 4–99), using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, and family systems therapy. My approach helps clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and family stressors while building resilience and self-awareness.
I believe in a collaborative approach to healing, working closely with clients and their support systems to build upon strengths, develop self-love, and foster personal accountability. Whether you prefer in-person or telehealth sessions, I am here to support you on your healing journey.
