Helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with insight, connection, and a commitment to personal growth.

I am a licensed counselor with a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an adjunct professor, teaching psychology courses at North Carolina A&T State University and Guilford Technical Community College.

As a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of mental health practice.

With extensive experience in clinical counseling, I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and families, guiding them through emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), to help clients develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal growth. I believe in the power of collaborative, client-centered care and often work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.

Beyond my professional life, I take great pride in my roles as a father, grandfather, and counselor—each reinforcing my belief in the power of meaningful relationships, self-discovery, and personal empowerment. I draw inspiration from my personal experiences and strong support system, always encouraging individuals to define their own identities and paths forward.
